Depending on your hideout management level, you can get it a bit lower. When I was 6 fence I think mine was around 5-6.5min cooldown. Leveling up hideout management will increase the bonuses of intel center 3. I’m currently at a 50% reduction of my scav timer. Pretty sure 7 minutes is the lowest you can get the timer. . Now that scav karma is pretty out there and known about, if you stay in the negative, you want to be in the negative. It's not that hard to be positive unless you Onepeg'd the early wipe. People can get down to 5-6ish minutes for their scav cooldown. I spent 2 hours doing scav runs (including the cooldown timer) and came out with an ak and a few meds. Not to put too fine a point on this but you REEK of being a brand new player. That is just not how scav karma works. Being a traitor scav too often increases the cooldown of your scav and the opposite is also true, high scav karma super short cooldown.Scav Karma Expanded adds missing scav karma features to SPT-AKI. The mod modifies the generation of the player scav to adjust the loadout according to your scav karma level.
