Since the range on dual daggers is abysmal and target hit won't be staggered I tend to use either stances to boost my mod capacity and only quick melee. IIRC dual daggers have better stance mods than machetes (Kama is a machete). Ether daggers seems to have better stats, 30% status is pretty nice, but it's much slower than Kama. I'd say build and rank all of them up to 30, but stick with Ether Daggers. You need to build another Kama to craft Dual kamas, and need Amphis to craft Sydon.
