NBMEs are spot on when to comes to the style of step 2. Vague question stems. Lots of next step management questions. The question stems give additional symptoms that don't align with the main diagnosis to throw u off. At least, that's how I felt about it. Took it last week. Took NBME 10 and 11 and Free 120.Walked out feeling really bad and knowing i made a lot of small mistakes. Step 2 ck: 250. Compared to step 1, i studied a lot less, and felt a lot less prepared. That said, I took care of myself way better and walked into the test feeling rested and with a positive outlook. I felt like step 1 broke me a little bit.

Seemed like there was a lot of overlap between 9 and 10 and then 11. Like 20% from 9 to 10 and then 10% between 10 to 11. Also if you did the subject specific forms those questions seemed to also show up almost verbatim. I got a 239 on 9, 250 on 10 and a 250 on 11.
